In 1689， Pierre Desmezures de Rauzan， manager of the castles Latour and Margaux， bought neighboring vines and created LEnclos Rauzan， these vines were part of the dowry of his daughter Th・・r・・se when she married Jacques de Pichon， Baron de Longueville， in 1694.More than a century and a half later， in 1850， the property was divided between Baron Raoul Pichon de Longueville who gave birth to the Pichon Baron estate. The other part goes to the three sisters， it will be the Pichon Comtesse estate. One of the three， Virginie Pichon de Longueville， Countess of Lalande， built the neo-classical castle that bears her name.The vineyard of Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande extends over 92 ha. It is an exception within the Pauillac appellation， because 11 ha are located in the town of Saint-Julien.Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon， Merlot， Cabernet Franc， Petit Verdot.Second label of Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de LalandeWine Score : 91/10075cl x 12 1
